This place is an absolute gem, fantastic offering of beers. The food is also excellent, and they have a wide range of music and other events in the evenings. They have also recently started to serve cask ales again alongside the keg beer offerings

Delicious food and great beers in a very cool setting... The chef really knows his stuff and you definitely want to try the kimchi! Amazing find.
This place is like a chameleon. Adaptive, charming and understated. The food has always been good but has just gone up a notch with their new resident chef, who has created The Yard Kitchen. Also recently redecorated in the main bar area. Great choice of colour! Hopefully they'll take that through the whole venue! Wine is very drinkable and gig nights are always very special. Love love love this place.
Getting around to posting a review from my visits a couple years ago. Hop Yard is a gem. The live music. The Halloween celebration. Such magic and positive energy. I look forward to coming back this June.
Been there twice for the jam session and the acoustic folk night, both were absolutely amazing with fantastic performances and cool alternative bands & singers. Loved the intimate cozy atmosphere there. Thanks for always supporting live music.
